It seems that Spring is finally upon us! After this long Winter, I am so glad that it is truly here.
One of the most important things to remember about Spring is that is a time of renewal and growth. On that note this is a great time for a Spring time cleanse! There are several ways to cleanse the body. A trip to the library or a browse of your favorite informational place can give you natural ways to cleanse the body. Although, I think allowing the simplicity of the season to lead us in a few things we often overlook.
Get outside, enjoy breathing the beautiful warmth in the air...
go for a stroll, stretch and breathe deeply... the most cleansing thing you can do!
